Khurram Zia is a transformative business leader with more than 28 years of rich experience in the global FMCG landscape. His journey began at Nestlé, where he grew through a wide spectrum of roles across categories, markets, and cultures. These experiences shaped his leadership philosophy and built the foundation for his long-standing contribution as a strategic business leader over the past two decades.
His international career spans Nestlé Headquarters in Switzerland as Global Business Manager, Nestlé Central and West Africa as Business Development Manager, and later, Head of Water and Dairy Business at Nestlé Pakistan. Across all these assignments, he has earned recognition for driving growth, building high-performing teams, and unlocking new business opportunities.
In June 2025, he stepped into the role of CEO of Asian Foods Industries, taking on the mandate to steer the organization toward sustainable, profitable, and future-ready growth. He continues to inspire teams with a vision grounded in resilience, innovation, and a deep commitment to creating lasting value.

Roman has strategic and operational (full P&L) experience with annual Revenue over $1Billion, proven ability to lead business in diverse economic, trade, cultural and political environments of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Roman demonstrated excellence in leading and inspiring cross-functional, county, regional and global teams, strong track record in driving business performance in Coffee, Refreshment Beverages, Cocoa Beverages, Savory Snacks, Chocolate, Gum, Candy, Snack Cakes and Biscuits.

Mobeen Mazhar is a finance executive with over 25 years of experience in financial leadership, audit, and strategic planning across diverse industries. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Asian Foods Industries, overseeing financial operations, compliance, and long-term fiscal strategy. He is also an affiliate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Mobeen began his career with a 12-year tenure at Ernst & Young (EY), followed by senior finance roles at Al Massaleh Real Estate Co., Mezzan Holding Co., and Kuwait Saudi Pharmaceuticals Industries Company, before serving as Executive Director at Broadboy Adventures.
